潮式涷蟹



Ingredients

Crab - 1
Ginger - 2 slices
花雕酒 - 1/2 cup
玫瑰露酒 1/4 table spoon

  1. Wash the crab. Hold the hind 2 legs and use a brush to wash it.
  2. Place it on a plate and put the ginger there, and pur the wine onto the crab. Tip: knock the crab with the back of you knife for a few times to make it dizzy, so it won't keep scratching the lid when you steam it and cause its legs to fall off.
  3. Steam for 20 min. ( 2 lb crab)
  4. Take out the crab and run it in cold water for 5 min.
  5. Refridgerate over night.

serve with vinegar
